I lived at the pink house during a six month co-op at NVIDIA! I knew I had to find a flexible living situation since I was only going to be in the area for six months, and the pink house was perfect. I was most attracted to the already-furnished living situation and the all inclusive rental payment. At the pink house you never have to worry about laundry tokens, security, or cleaning! The pink house is perfectly situated, it’s a stones throw from SJSU, coffee houses, and many other neat places like Higher Fire where I walked to a morning pottery class every Saturday. The pink house was truly the best place I could have lived, and I can definitively say I made life long friends while living there. 10/10 recommend, Lyle was a great landlord and I loved renting a room from him.

Living in the pink house was a dream. We laughed, we loved, we cried. My only regret is not living there longer.

I have nothing but positive things so say about living at the Pink House. I've met so many interesting people and countless friends from this house. Also, the amenities offered here make life easier and convenient.
