We offer 7 single occupancy rooms that can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Each room has a deadbolt for privacy and security, storage spaces, and overhead lights. There are two bedrooms (Rooms 1 and 2) on the first story, and five bedrooms ( Rooms 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) on the second story. The first story also features one full bathroom, while the second story features two full bathrooms.

Description: This room is located on the first story of the residence, with the downstairs bathroom next door and very convenient access to the kitchen and livingroom common areas. There is one small walk in closet for hanging cloths and storage. The room features overhead lighting with ceiling fan and two large windows. This room would be perfect for someone who likes lots of natural light in their living space and who is social enough to appreciate the common areas being so readability available.

This bedroom would be perfect for someone who likes to have easy access to the household action, while still preserving the right to participate or not. With the bedroom door closed, the room hunkers down into a quiet homie feel.

Description: This room is located on the second story of the residence at the end of the hallway. One wall is shared with another housemate’s bedroom, the other is shared with one of the two upstairs bathrooms. This bedroom features two opening skylights, one pointing north and the other pointing west. This room would be perfect for someone who likes to be off the beaten path, at the end of the hallway, but have good convenient access to both upstairs bathrooms. The carpeted floor and pitched walls gives the room a cozy feel.
